PEEL
Stripping film through 90°C water and transfer in rollers with different speeds. Drying kiln, following cooling-off period.

MILL
Obtains different diameters of grain and flour throughout roller machines.

SEMI- FINISHED PRODUCTS
The fruit is toasted in ovens with the option of calibrate speeds and temperatures. After cooling the toasted product , comes the flour milling in plate machines. The product is refined in spheres with sieve finishing of 20 micron.
