Anastasi Srl has adopted its own Organizational, Management, and Control Model, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/01, and a Code of Ethics, believing that these constitute suitable tools for disseminating rules and precepts among company personnel and all individuals acting in the name and on behalf of the company. This ensures shared ethical conduct and pursues compliance with the principles of legitimacy, fairness, and transparency. Anastasi Srl has appointed its own Supervisory Board, which is responsible for overseeing the functioning, effectiveness, and compliance with the Organizational, Management, and Control Model and with the principles of the Code of Ethics.

The Code of Ethics, approved by the Board of Directors, applies to all the Group's stakeholders, members of the corporate bodies and employees, as well as customers, suppliers, distributors and agents, consultants and all those who work to pursue the Group's objectives.
